Cherokee Commerce Center 85 is Upstate’s newest industrial park located on the Interstate 85 corridor in an area of rapid growth equidistant between Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Charlotte, North Carolina, presenting spec and build-to-suit opportunities.
