Our building is strategically located about one mile from the Mass. Pike Cambridge/Allston exit and Storrow Drive. Our building has comfortable, private, commercial space with parking and easy access to Boston. We are close to Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Watertown, and Newton. You can reach downtown Boston or Logan Airport in about ten minutes. The building is just steps from restaurants, stores, and multiple bus lines (64, 66, 501, 503). We are also only 1/2 mile from the Harvard St. B-line (of the Green Line) "T" stop. There are men's and ladies' rooms on each floor and a common area lunchroom. There is also 24/7 access to the building. 

Our business has been family owned and operated since 1978. We treat our tenants with respect, and provide great service. The property manager is located on-site. The building is comprised of service-based professional companies including website development, finance services, e-commerce, real-estate development, property management, commercial/residential cleaning, construction, masonry services, and consulting companies to name a few. Business is often referred between our tenants.
