This property is generally flat with fine sandy loam soils which are stable and productive providing a good growing environment for the two pastures. The remainder of the property is in mature hardwood forest, consisting mainly of post oak, live oak and elm trees. These sandy soils would make an ideal horse property. There are two 20 +/- acre fallow fields. Municipal water is available through Gholson Water Supply Corporation. There is an existing water line along FM 1304 and FM 933 that could be utilized for future water needs.
