This office is located in the San Diego City Firefighter Union Building which has 2 levels and multiple suites. THERE ARE 2 OFFICES AVAILABLE.  The office space is approximately 9x9.5ft. All office equipment pictured is available for use or can be removed. Upon entering the building, you will encounter a receptionist and the SDFFA Local 145 merchandise store. Upon entering our suite, there is a small lounge area for guests. This private office is the third office on the right as you enter the hallway. There are windows throughout which provide natural lighting. Wood floors, clean white walls. Our large on-site parking lot is free for tenants and their guests. There is a conference room and kitchen available to our tenants on our floor.  On-site management and security. The building is owned by the firefighter union whom we have a lease with.
