This complex of buildings consists of:
1. Building #1 warehouse (5040 sq. ft)and offices(3360 sq. ft.) and office addition (1680 sq. ft)
The ware house is an unfinished metal building with a concrete floor. There are 6 office spaces of various sizes and various heating and cooling systems on the north end of this metal building and the floors are all concrete.
2. Building #2 is a wood frame open faced metal building)(2800 sq. ft.) built in 1968 that has 11 divided rental storage units
3. Building #3 is a mini-storage, wood frame metal (9600 sq. ft) built in 1968. There are 40 rental units(the top 20 are not currently being rented because the staircase needs to be replaced)
4. Building #4 is a wood frame metal(3960 sq. ft) built in 1968 that has one office and one large storage rental unit
5. Building # 5 is a metal frame mini-storage unit(720 sq. ft) built in 2007 and has 7 units
6. Building #6 is a metal frame mini-storage unit(1728 sq. ft) built in 2007 and has 6 units
7. Building#7 is a metal frame mini-storage unit(3456 sq. ft) built in 2009 and has 14 units
