	Our mission for The Auburn Atrium is to repurpose this property as a central hub for downtown Auburn and the region at large. The Auburn Atrium will be a multifaceted building that we envision will host an event space/commercial kitchen, restaurant/wine bar, flexible office/start-up space, an ATM/bank center, and more. We will be subdividing the building into multiple areas based on tenants’ use and need. We are looking for additional local tenants with new and innovative ideas that would serve the local community.
