4 lots on the corner of Hambright and McCoy.  Mecklenburg County is putting in new sidewalks and have already secured the land.  These lots are currently zoned for mobile homes, but the town is open to a potential commercial use that would serve the community.  I have added a concept plan that has not been approved, but the town was receptive to the idea earlier this year.  It will require a rezone to become a commercial use.  It is currently approved for 4 mobile home lots.
