In 2019 the facility was rebuilt from the studs to have wide “wheelchair accessible” hallways, 4 ADA compliant bathrooms featuring roll-in showers, a fire suppression system, generator, garage conversion into another bed and bath amongst other improvements. The facility is currently 3,700 square feet (not reflected on title report) with 6 private bedrooms and 4 bathrooms total. One bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms share a “Jack and Jill” style bathroom. The last two bathrooms are open to the house.
