The name, Southern Feed Store, reflects the heritage of the building which was occupied by the The Southern Feedstore from approximately 1927 until the 1940’s.

- Buteco, a Brazilian Bar famous for caipirinha’s, kind people and good times; 
- Woody's Cheesesteaks;
- Brasiliana - a Brazilian Pizza Shop
- Buena Papa
- Sinful Sliderz

The Basement sits immediately below Southern Feedstore and is accessed from the rear of the building, facing he parking lot. The space includes 5600 square feet and is for lease now with anticipated move in date of February 26, 2025.
