The Eldorado Hills market has a low supply of new homes overall. Specifically, the majority of the
new homes offered are from merchant builders and priced between $1M and $1.8M. These homes
offer traditional lots sized less than one half acre and typical inferior production homes vs. a true
custom.
The custom home market is very low on supply due to the lack of lots available in the market. At any
one time there are very few custom spec homes for-sale; currently there are 2 on the market. We
believe that there is strong demand for lots like ours that provide a mostly custom experience and a
much shorter timeline than if a buyer starts from scratch with a lot and a builder.
