Our LEED Certified and WELL Health + Safety rated building is home to dozens of organizations working to create a more sustainable and equitable world. Conveniently located in Lower Downtown Denver, our space offers a diverse array of sustainable amenities. We offer high-quality, affordable, move-in ready workspaces that can accommodate anything from drop-in usage to larger teams.
As a nonprofit shared space, we prioritize other nonprofits and offer discounted rates to nonprofits. Any businesses must have a connection to sustainability work in order to be considered. Options are move-in ready and flexible, including flexible terms (such as one-year agreements).
We are a community of mission-driven professionals in a building that 'walks the walk' of sustainability and located just a block from Union Station. We offer a lactation room, showers, lockers, bike parking, EV charging, high speed (1GB internet) and pay-per-page printing options. We have an on-site event space, where tenants receive an allotment of free space each year. Additionally, tenants have shared access to 16 other conference rooms throughout the building. Our on-site cafe has coffee and food options. We're also dog friendly!
