Built in 1906, originally the Star Saddle Livery serving guests from the Hotel Green, the building is now reimagined into a flexible creative coworking office space with private office suites, dedicated desks and flexible coworking memberships plus beautifully designed kitchens, multi-purpose event space, conference rooms and open collaboration areas. Located in the heart of charming Old Pasadena, Livery Studio is within walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping, Metro stations, parking facilities and also directly across the street from Central Park. With its many beautifully preserved characters, it is a part of the historic district of Old Pasadena under the National Register of Historical Places. Join us in this beautiful shared workspace for any business or individual needs.

At Livery Studio, we have created various space types for every kind of user. Spaces for focus individual work such as our private offices and dedicated desks, team collaboration areas that are strategically located throughout the studio, casual socialization spots as well as spaces like our multi-purpose lounge for group learning opportunities are all available.  To promote a healthy work environment, majority of our workstations come standard with height adjustable desks along with ergonomic task chairs. We wanted to provide the best user experience possible by integrating easy to use technology for our members. Smart phone apps to allow members quick access and management of their coworking amenities.  Livery Studio offers flexible spaces for the new way we live, work, connect and gather.
