Height – Maximum: Base Standard (Tier 1) 45 ft. Increased Intensity (Tier 2) 55 ft. Maximum Intensity (Tier 3) 80 ft. For properties on the east side of El Camino Real, 100 ft.;
Tiers 2 and 3 shall provide community benefits per Section 25.14.040.C. Burlingame Municipal Code.
Maximum heights also established by the Federal Aviation Administration for parcels affected by airport safety zoning districts.
Density – Maximum (Tier 1) 40 du/ac (Tier 2) 80 du/ac (Tier 3) 140 du/ac Tiers 2 and 3 shall provide community benefits per Section 25.14.040.C.
Floor Area Ratio – Maximum (Tier 1) Office: 0.50 Commercial: 0.25 (Tier 2) Office: 1.25 Commercial: 0.50 (Tier 3) Office: 2.0 Commercial: Tiers 2 and 3 shall provide community benefits per Section 25.14.040.C.
Lot Coverage – Maximum 80% Lot coverage may be increased if additional, usable common open space generally equivalent to the additional lot coverage (in square feet) is provided on a podium-level (non-rooftop) landscaped courtyard or plaza. Section 25.14.040 Burlingame Municipal Code.
