Maker Space Available – Shared Studio for Woodworkers & Metal Fabricators

Looking for skilled makers to share and collaborate in a 2,800 sq. ft. shop/studio space designed for fabrication and design-build work. Ideal for  woodworkers, metal fabricators, and other hands-on trades who want a dedicated workspace with like-minded creatives.  

The Space Includes:
- Shared workshop area with room for two additional makers.  
- Upstairs studio space for an artist working on a smaller scale (jewelry, leatherwork, lamp making, digital design, etc.).  
- Office space for admin work.  
- On-site shipping container for extra storage.  
- Fabrication equipment & a moveable crane on-site.  
- Space for your own tools - some tools may be shared upon agreement.  
- 24-hour access & WiFi for maximum flexibility.  

AVAILABLE AUGUST 1st
We will re-design the workspace to ensure an efficient flow, creating a fully functioning shop that supports all makers.  

Pricing
- Workshop space:$2,500/month + utilities (split equally among makers).  
- Upstairs artist space: $900/month utilities included
