There is a lot of potential in this farm everything needed is already provided. Like i mentioned plenty of this were added to the farm to make it more comfortable. The well and electricity are brand new. So is the storage room and the roof for the RV. The RV fits 16 people. The barn in the entrance is included its a little old just needs to but touched up. There is also a shoot for cattle or horses in the front connected to the barn house. There is a lake/pond in the center of the farm. There is also a 35 to 40 acre hay field that produces around 250 to 300 bales a year depending on the rain. also a easy growing 10 acre lot on the left side of the farm.
