Cavalcade is a major thoroughfare running East and West through a major part of Houston.  The Hardy Toll Road is a freeway running from The Woodlands southward to the North Loop 610.  Right of Way is actively being acquired for an extension of the Hardy Toll Road southward from North Loop 610 into Downtown Houston.  The only entry and exit to and from the Hardy Connector between the North Loop 610 and Downtown is a Cavalcade and these pad sites.
