CBRE, Inc. is excited to partner with the National Cattle Congress, Inc. on their intentioned sell, lease, partner, or some combination thereof with qualified, interested development companies, teams, or partnerships to advance the opportunities to redevelop the current site. NCC will request to retain a portion of the site for the operations and utilization by NCC, while allowing a for-profit developer or team to implement their vision and expertise to collaboratively expand and develop the remainder of the site. NCC will utilize any retained land for the continued operations of NCC’s events and fulfillment of its mission, providing year-round events and activities with positive shared experiences for agricultural, artistic, educational, and leisure activities to enhance the quality of life, culturally and economically, throughout the Midwest.
