We are looking to Sublease this 3,000 sq/ft Outdoor Private Gated Parking Lot in Canoga Park.
We are looking for a Tenant who will use this space primarily for storage. Our Property manager does not want a Tenant who will bring a lot of traffic to the complex, driving vehicles in and out all day.
There is sound recording facility inside the building next to the yard. Tenant must agree to the following noise related conditions in order not to interrupt sound recording:
1. Minimal use of running/idling vehicle engines on premises.
2. No construction work should be conducted on the premises.
3. No pounding, banging or dragging objects in the yard, on the concrete, or against the side of the building.
Tenant will be responsible for their own Trash Collection.
