The existing "Green Roof" facility features a jogging path and a full-service fitness center with men’s and women’s showers and lockers. 

The new architecturally stunning Onyx Tower is scheduled to secure its temporary certificate of occupancy (“Estimated TCO Date”) in Third Qtr 2020.  Masterfully designed to create an exclusive tenant experience, The Onyx Tower will consist of a best in class 28-story, 300,000 +/- rentable square foot office tower with top tier Class “A” finishes and unparalleled amenities not offered in other office towers in South Florida.  Connecting on the 10th story of the complex, a newly expanded Green Roof will link and activate over one acre of outdoor impeccably landscaped and peaceful covered areas. Valet parking will be implemented for the overall project.

The O Towers project also offers on-site security, electric car chargers, bike rack area, ride-sharing pickup/drop-off area, ample covered parking, expansive windows lines, and premier-quality finishes throughout.  

O Towers is also the first project in South Florida to be built with a double skin façade, which includes special hurricane energy efficient glazing.

O Tower's existing buildings have both received Platinum certification by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.  The Onyx Tower will also seek to obtain this LEED certification. This rating system is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of green buildings. As such, the O Tower project offers green and energy efficient features to its tenants, such as decorative solar panels producing 48 KV of electricity on a daily basis, wind-rated exterior impact glass and chargers for electric vehicles.
