What is not included? 
The tenant will bring their own staff, electronic medical record (EMR), and a dedicated phone line for their own practice. This will keep things clean, and avoid confusion.

Just one group/tenant right now, Palm Endovascular: https://palmendovascular.com Tenant will be sharing the space with Palm Endovascular. They are a vascular specialist, so they are not a high volume practice.

Utilities such as electricity, water, and internet will be shared evenly monthly based on utilization.
