Photos attached were taken by drone photography to show site and surroundings, including 200' Pawcatuck River frontage which divides CT and RI.  There are full compass photos taken at 70 feet above grade to show views from proposed building.  Pawcatuck is a village in the Town of Stonington, CT.  It has its own volunteer fire dep and zip code,.  All other services are provided by Town of Stonington.

Site is located on US Route 1, and is 3 miles from I-95 interchange.  Also adjacent to Westerly RI Amtrak station offering daily commuting between Boston and New York.  Providence airport is 30 miles away.

Local amenities and services include a library and downtown park, churches, banks, restaurants and entertainment, shopping, groceries, arts center, and two local newspapers.  Additionally, there are two local casinos, Electric Boat Division of General Dynamics, Pfizer R & D headquarters, Mystic Seaport and Museum, Coast Guard Academy and local universities, ocean beaches, fresh and salt water fishing, duck-, bird-, and deer hunting, as well as golf.
