Space has 24 hour access, Closed circuit cameras and monitored security system, hair wash basin and chair, heating and AC, Property Manager on Site, Kitchen with microwave, toaster/convection oven, refrigerator and freezer, break room, First Aid kit, private ADA compliant restroom, cozy and comfortable reception area with waterfall/pond, drop ceilings, free Wi-fi fo Spectrum/Comcast Subscribers, hardwood floors and tiles.
In addition to the above, there is a shower, jetted tub and monument signage available upon request for a small fee. MUST have CURRENT liability insurance, CURRENT state licensure, and PASS a background check.
There is a non-refundable $50 Application fee which includes the background check.
