Packsaddle Ridge Golf Course is a 127 acre course that is part of a 486.56 acres in the heart of The Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. The vantage points from atop the ridge allow for miles of panoramic imagery that provide breath-taking views and allow visitors to see for miles around.  
The property has walking and horse trails roughed in through out.  The views of the Shenandoah Valley from the clubhouse and other locations on the course are absolutely stellar!
Packsaddle is not affiliated with any clubs or associations. 
Other income potential comes from tournaments, weddings, and banquets. At present, there are several money making events already scheduled for the golf season. 
The newly paved road leading to the clubhouse is over a mile long.  50 New EZGO golf carts were added to the fleet this year.  Concrete carts paths throughout, a covered bridge along with rock bridges and stone work all over the course.

Freese House & Farm - 80.682 acres
The eastern portion of the property is improved by a frame farm house built before 1860 which has been recently renovated.   Near the farm house sits a barn, converted chicken house, several smaller outbuildings and a couple of natural springs.  The western portion of the property lie on both side of Smith Creek.  The property is mostly open pasture with rolling hills and majestic views along with some wooded land with mature timber.
