The Oaklyn Campus is the first live-work-play site in Oakland Park and is situated on the 2nd busiest intersection in Broward County (100k VPD), just 1-mile from the beach.

The Citibank Building/KenAnn Building is a Fort Lauderdale landmark. This 8-story building is a regional icon and cornerstone of the live-work-play campus. Its unique shape and floor-to-ceiling windows flood each space with natural light and amazing views. The ground floor retail is tenanted by Citibank, and F45 holds fitness classes above.
