This unique and scenic campus was originally constructed by Syntex Corporation in 1992 as a premier testing facility, with a cost in excess of $100 million to develop.  The campus contains 4 structures, an approximately 383, 650 SF, four story office/R&D building, an approximately 23,592 full service cafe/restaurant, an approximately 2,091 SF Security building, and an approximately 4,027 SF day care building.  The Campus was subleased to Hitachi Global Storage Technologies in 2004 and remodeled in 2007.  The campus contains a robust infrastructure with multiple backup power systems, more than 15,000 amps of power @277/480V with 5 substations and multiple backup systems.  Some of the features of this campus, include large meeting areas and conference centers, dock high shipping and receiving area, 2-3 story atriums providing natural light, and a beautiful approximately 10,000 SF outdoor roof garden.
