The Developer reports subject property may be built out at 3+ units/acre. Also, there is a written agreement with Arbor Lakes POA that allows residences of the subject property to use the Arbor Lakes clubhouse, pool, all common areas, boat ramp, and lakefront for their own use as participating members of the Arbor Lakes POA. There will be an initial cost of $1500./residential unit. Monthly Arbor Lakes POA fees will thereafter be assessed to each resident. This will be subject to written verification and approval by the Arbor Lakes POA.
