Crown West Realty, LLC ("Crown") announced its recent acquisition of a 39-acre parcel of industrial land near the corner of Barker and Euclid Roads in Spokane Valley, WA. Plans call for a multi-building industrial park, named the Barker Logistics Center, that will total approximately 600,000 square feet when complete. Crown West will break ground on the first building, a 120,000 square foot LEED Certified, concrete-tilt distribution building with 36-foot ceiling height in late 2021.
