This is at the southern end of Bay Road - just north of Quaker Road.  The area features not only SUNY Adirondack, but also the Lowe's Home Improvement Center, The Harvest Restaurant, a Stewart's Shop, an Adirondack Trust Company branch office, the regional IRS office and the regional Social Security office.  The Bay Meadows Golf Course is here, as are many senior citizen communities, and a number of medical/dental offices.  The land is mostly flat, but with small area of NYS designated wetland features a number of mature conifers.
