October 2000: Reckson Associates sold a 49 percent ownership interest in 8 properties to Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association (TIAA-CREF). The buildings included in the sale are: 51 John F. Kennedy Pky, 275 Broad Hollow Rd, 680 Washington Blvd, 750 Washington Blvd, 120 White Plains Rd, 90 Merrick Ave, 400 Garden City Plaza, and 1305 Walt Whitman Rd. Reckson Associates Realty Corp.represented itself, the seller. Reckson maintains 51 percent majority interest in the property.
