The Oliver Coworking Suites inside the Commerce Center on the East Race, offers two collections of Coworking or executive offices.  There is the historical collection of offices, staring with Suite #180, that features finishes from historic mansions in South Bend, including a former elevator car, antique doors, and reclaimed wrought iron railings.  

The modern luxury offices starting with Suite #350 have modern, class A office finishes, oak doors with full glass insets, and modern carpet and finishes.  The ceilings in the private locking offices and conference room have acoustic tiles, while the common areas feature soaring ceiling heights with exposed steel trusses.  

All Oliver Coworking suites feature 24 hour access, including private access to a rooftop terrace, a waterfront patio, and shared conference rooms (no charge).   There are multiple kitchenettes and break out rooms.  Cleaning 3 times a week, wifi, employee parking, and visitor parking, are all included in rent without additional charge.  Leases are available month to month or year to year.
