The Vineyard at the Delano Marketplace is the retail hub for Delano, which is the second largest city in Kern County with a population of 53,000+ and growing rapidly. The center is anchored by Maya Cinema, and has a growing number of tenants including Jollibee, Juice It Up,  Culichi Town and Stanton Optical. The center has excellent visibility, and enjoys easy freeway access. It attracts a large trade area. Traffic counts traveling both North and South on Highway 99 top over 126,000 cars per day.
