This office is in a great location in the heart of Ashburn, close to restaurants, grocery store, UPS and Dunkin.  This office is ideal for a therapist, IT professional or any other type of professional business.  This office works best for someone who is either established and needs a professional and quiet office space or a self-starter who wants to start building their empire.  This large office is in a suite of three offices total, two of the offices are occupied by myself, a professional.  Currently, I do not have a lot of traffic due to covid as everything is being done virtually or through email and phone.  I prefer a tenant who does not have a lot of client foot traffic either.  The office space is spacious enough for at least three or four people to work simultaneously.  I am a very laid back and easy going suitemate/landlord; I do prefer that you be vaccinated and require that when you enter the suite to put on your mask before you enter your office which is right next to the suite door in the hallway; and that when you exit your office, you put on your mask in the hallway before exiting and the exit door is right next to your office.  So literally its only a few steps.  My office is the furthest away, and I do the same.  Included with your rent is trash pick up, free wifi and electricity.  There are also charging stations for electric cars immediately next to the office.
