Currently I-502 processing with fully built out kitchen with drainage in floor. Has seven or so private offices, secure gates, cameras, etc. Phase three 600 amp panel. Main warehouse is divided into three sections. Located in the South Park industrial district, next to SR-509 and SR-99.. Will take non 502 use, which is preferred. If i 502 wanted to come in we have all the equipment for sale that would allow plug and play. The current operators have about $30,000 month in gummie contract business with another contract coming online. Ask broker for more info on the equipment that is available for sale.
