ChefSuite is a full-service ghost kitchen facility, providing private commercial kitchen suites for rent that are fully equipped with everything needed to run a delivery and pick-up business, without the cost and hassle of building a new restaurant. As your partner and guide, ChefSuite, provides tools and resources to maximize tenants' revenue and brand exposure. From food consulting, financial reporting, vendor discounts, to marketing and onboarding assistance, we help with various aspects of the business side so our tenants can focus on cooking great food. Each suite is fully equipped with all the essentials that you will need, including: a CaptiveAire exhaust hood, commercial use sinks, gas/fire safety systems, grease traps, shelving for dry storage, and an individual tankless water heater. We also offer an equipment rental program and handle all maintenance on rented equipment. Tenants have complete, 24-hour access to our facility, which includes a break room, cold storage, cooking grease removal system, and loading dock. We also provide pest control, Wi-Fi, and trash and recycling services. Additionally, tenants receive discounts with vendors such as food service vendors, restaurant equipment suppliers and discounted rates with 3rd party delivery apps.
