The Meyer Park Center is located on the northeast corner of South Post Oak and West Bellfort and contains over 400,000 square feet of retail space.  The Center is anchored by Wal-Mart, Randall' s, Luby' s and other national, regional and local tenants.
 
Meyer Park has regional access from the 610 Loop to the north and Hwy 90 to the south yet it also enjoys the benefits of a neighborhood location.  This site is one of the most densely populated areas in Houston with nearly 450,000 people living within a five mile radius.
 This Center was built in 1986 and is undergoing a major redevelopment to prepare for the next 20 years
