The Offices at 510 Main are located in the historic 1808 farmhouse of The Old Richardson Place in Gorham, Maine.  Conveniently located on Route 25, just west of Gorham center, the building has abundant parking and a location close to downtown Gorham and Westbrook.

A major renovation was recently completed to convert 4,500 sq. ft. into modern professional offices, all with shared common areas in the historic 19th century farmhouse. In total, there are 25 offices at The Old Richardson Place, with sizes to accommodate a wide variety of leasing needs.  The contractor for the renovation was Great Falls Builders of Gorham along with Bild Architecture of Portland.
