Palm Bay Self Storage is a project nearing full entitlements in Palm Bay Florida with direct exposure on I-95 site has received Conditional Use approvals and Site permits.   

The Palm Bay Area has essentially placed a moratorium on Self Storage facilities by now requiring a conditional use approval.  This site was the last site to be approved under this new regulation.  While there are some recently constructed facilities in the area  – this area is experiencing  huge growth in the development of new residential units.
