The Village was one of many built by our founder, Jeff Stone, and his construction company. The building was inspired by log cabins and has multiple architectural influences. Small offices start at $395 per month (100-150 square feet), medium offices start at $495 per month (150-200 square feet), large offices start at $595 per month (200-250 square feet). Here at The Village, our business model is to provide unique and affordable office spaces for any and all kinds of entrepreneurs, whether you’ll be with us for 6 months or 20 years. We’re a family owned and operated business, both the Stone family and Diaz family take care of all day to day operations and allow everything to run smoothly. We offer fixed monthly utilities fees, which include electricity, heating and AC. The building has two parking garages, one side assigned tenant parking, and the other unassigned public parking. All tenants have 24/7 access to the building.
