This space has a total or custom partial blackout option. A 600 square foot cobble stone floor is also featured. Additionally, this space contains four private half bathrooms. This space has direct freight load in and a freight elevator. The freight elevator opens directly into the studio. There is also street level access ramps and a loading doc. The windows measure 8'X 11' and have North, West, South and East exposure providing ample natural light to the space. This space can also be accessed and used 24/7.
