Horton bought the 150 acre tract 1/4 mile down the road from us where they are building Red River Ranch subdivision that will have 380 houses with two entrances on the south side of FM 78 and one on Main Street across from the new $3.65M Cibolo sports complex that now complete as of March 2018.
