Phelan is an unincorporated community within San Bernardino County, 30 miles east of Palmdale and 18 miles west of Victorville, CA. The properties sit adjacent to the California Aqueduct, 2 miles south of CA-18 (Palmdale Rd), 2.5 miles west of Baldy Mesa Rd and 3 miles north of Phelan Rd.
