The Star Building facility sits on approximately 30 acres on  Interstate I-35 in Oklahoma City. The facility consist of a combination of land, office and industrial space. The three story, steel frame, metal office building and adjoining one story office building consist of approximately 78,304 square feet. The industrial space consist of five one story metal industrial buildings containing approximately 246,650 square feet. The main warehouse has a little over 3% finished office space including private offices, a reception area and conference room and restrooms. The main warehouse is equipped with restrooms, 2 ten ton cranes, dock-high floors, exterior open truck docks outside, a fenced and lighted yard, outside storage and parking, railroad car access with an interior loading/unloading bay with railcar height dock. Ceiling heights range from 20-24 feet in the main warehouse. The Star Manufacturing facility was constructed in phases between 1974 and 1988.
