Cowork by RSD Values:  This facility refers to itself as “A Community Working Together” as it stands as a community driven establishment that will actively support and encourage valuable and enriching events within its community.  
This facility will be dedicated to coordinating regular presentations in areas of our members’ interests by maintaining updated blogs, sponsoring community events, and involving other activities designated for communal support.  Members will also have an opportunity to participate in a co-governance role to ensure the policies and standards governing our community are met and evolve as our community does.  
Cowork by RSD would also like to bring support and encourage interaction within the broader areas of Alaska by co partnering with existing local resources and inviting outside speakers and guests to contribute their ideas to this cause. 
Furthermore, faithfully supporting non profit charities that serve our community as well as providing academic scholarships to Alaskan students who seek higher education are a few of the many strong values upheld within cowork by RSD. 
UP-SCALE FACILITIES.
Our venue encompasses 15,500 square feet of remarkable workspace on four separate floors.  The modern and ergonomic furniture are selected designs that were specifically built for cowork.  Most of the desks are electrically adjustable so you may have the option to sit or stand as you work.  All of the facility’s art was skillfully implemented by prominent Alaskan artists. Each of the four floors are uniquely designed and built around one of the four elements of the earth—Fire, Earth, Water, and Air.  
Technology-Driven:  Cowork by RSD has put in state-of-the-art technology infrastructure.  There are eight gigabytes of internet bandwidth serving cowork with both hard-wired and wireless connections.  Each conference room and classroom have exceptional audio-visual equipment.  The event spaces on the first and third floors have built-in speaker systems.  There are highly efficient HP copiers readily available.  You have the ability to schedule all these amenities and gain access based on your membership simply through an application on your smart phone.
