The site is positioned in central San Jose near Downtown and Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport and is in the heart of the world-renowned Silicon Valley, home to many of the major high-tech companies that are globally recognized. The site is 10 minutes from proposed Google campus developments, Avaya Stadium, Santa Clara University, San Jose State University, SAP Center San Jose, and Santa Clara government buildings. 

The site is situated along Highway 101 and one exit south of Interstate 880. The project features quick access to both of the San Francisco Bay Area’s major commute corridors (Highway 101 and Interstate 880), which connect San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. Additionally, a new signalization intersection is proposed allowing a turn into the property.
