This presentation focuses on an industrial development of 4 storage spaces located on lots 1 676 156, 2 775 052, 2 775 053, on Dumberry Road in the city of Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec. The lots are characterized by the presence of a Trans Canada Pipelines LTD easement (act 125 794) crossing the land from east to west. The site is bordered by Dumberry Road, which includes a bike path, as well as heavily planted land north of the lots in question. The proposed project includes 4 storage rooms as well as offices in each of the premises. The premises vary in size between 15,600 ft2 and 18,000 ft2.

The lot is currently vacant. The proposed building adapts to the triangular shape of the lot while being aligned with Dumberry Road. The aim is to create a built alignment with the street. This alignment will be marked by the arrangement of a series of trees in the front margin of the lot. Parking will mainly be at the back of the storage building with a total of 137 parking spaces and 2 spaces for people with reduced mobility. Green spaces are also being developed on the lot. The entrances to the various premises are on Dumberry Road. These entrances are marked by the presence of a canopy. The material will mostly be white and black brick with touches of metallic coating to ensure a harmonious integration of the project into its environment.
