Sundance Valley is a proposed ±130 lot single-family detached subdivision that has been fully engineered and previously approved, in phases, between 2006 and 2010. While the property will have to be reapproved, there are no impediments to the resubmissions and review process. The base engineering is still applicable, and the Berkeley County standards have changed very little. The primary
challenge associated with reapprovals will be updated stormwater management and erosion and sediment control requirements.
