The RPM Group is proud to offer the Fuller Brothers farmland for sale. This farmland is located in the heart of the Delta in East Central Arkansas near the town of Rondo in Lee County, Arkansas. The Fuller farmland consists of one contiguous parcel and is comprised of 294.19 FSA farmland acres with 291.44 FSA cropland acres. Access to the property is easily obtained via Highway 121. Approximately 275 +/- acres of the cultivated farmland is irrigated by (2) submersible wells and one turbine well / center pivot. There is roughly 16 acres of non irrigated ground. The current farm tenant owns the wells and center pivot. The farmland consists of various silt and sandy loam soil types. These soil types are best suited for growing Cotton, Corn, Soybeans and Wheat. An appointment is needed in order to view the farmland in person.
