Description

The Shoppes at Cooper Ranch will be starting the 22-acre commercial development project at the intersection of HWY 75 and the HWY 20 (newly widened).

The new development will have a contemporary design and will include a mini storage facility to service the exploding residential developments being built at a record pace in the area.

The center piece of the development includes two 15,600 square foot shopping centers that will provide space to be leased for retail businesses.

We are working to get more local flavor type stores into these facilities that will have a wide variety of shops. An attractive and spacious restaurant area is
included in the project plans, which will provide indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The Shoppes at Cooper Ranch will also offer 11 acres of outparcel lots that will be for sale to companies interested in building their own facility on location. These parcels will range from 1-acre to 3-acre pads.

We hope to attract a few clients who would like to build a Home and Ranch supply store, a pharmacy, and/or a grocery store.

There are also plans to provide office space for small businesses, and for businesses providing Medical services.

This new center at the intersection of HWY 20 and HWY 75 will be the first in the area to bring highly desirable amenities to the rapidly growing residential areas nearby, as well as to motorists travelling through the area.
