Site 2 is 1.869 acres and has 300 ft of frontage on Industrial Blvd. Industrial Blvd provides access to a westbound I-30 frontage road. Justin Rd provides access to the John King Blvd I-30 interchange. Dallas is located roughly 23 miles west of the site. The Rockwall EDC is interested in attracting a primary employer with an office, manufacturing, or R&D use.
