One World Trade Center is bounded by West Street to the west, Greenwich Street to the east, Vesey Street to the north and Fulton Street to the south. The tower connects directly to Westfield’s 450,000 sf of retail, the WTC concourse, 12 subway lines, PATH, and Brookfield Place on the Hudson River. All floors of the tower are column-free to ensure that occupants of the office levels enjoy unobstructed, 360-degree panoramic views of New York.  There is 50-foot-high lobby topped by a series of 71 office floors rise above the base to 1,368 feet. All floors have floor-to-ceiling windows allowing maximum natural light and views.  The three-story One WTC Observatory provides an unparalleled experience for clients, investors, and employees, including a high-end steak house, cocktail lounge, and meeting event space.  There are multiple entrances into the  50-foot high marble and glass lobby. There is also direct access to the WTC concourse and transportation through the below grade lobby. The adjoining streets are open to pedestrian traffic and limited vehicular access for town cars and taxis. The 64th floor, 10,000-square-foot sky lobby is exclusive to tenants and their guests, providing meeting areas and a lounge.  World Trade Center offers access to mass transportation (including the A, C, E, 2, 3, N, R, 4, 5, J, M, Z and PATH trains) both at-grade and through the underground concourse and running from the new Fulton Street Transit Center to Brookfield Place/Battery Park.
